It has been completely renovated and is furnished to a high standard with air-conditioning in most of the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main villa and a garden cottage with two independent suites sleeping 2 people in each, therefore the property comfortably accommodates 10 people.

On the ground floor is the large salon with a marble floor, curving marble staircase, open chimney and floor to ceiling windows on three sides. The soft furnishings in this room are bright red, in pleasant contrast with the pale marble. There is direct access onto the poolside where there is a covered terrace with two huge wrought iron sofas and a dining table to seat up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob and American fridge/ freezer. A laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and there is a separate toilet with wash hand basin on this floor.

The master bedroom has a king size four-poster bed, fitted wardrobes and a marble en suite bathroom with bath, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The two other bedrooms , one with king size bed and the other with twin singles which can be put together to form a double, share an adjacent bathroom. All of the bedrooms have very pretty, white or cream bed covers and curtains.
