The property is adorned by a garden that is saturated with palms and many fruit trees creating a "tropical" garden of some 3,500 sq meters.

The Villa is located in the hills above Nice City and the property is split across three levels.The main part of the house is situated on the upper level of the property. There you find the spacious living room, the kitchen and  6 of the 7 bedrooms.

The upper floor consists of:
Main entrance – a large sun-terrace of 65 sq.m. as well as the “Safari”-bedroom with big bay windows twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is very light, has a traditional stone floor and fitted wardrobes. The chairs and tables are made of bamboo and there are Safari-drawings on the wall to complete the theme. The Safari-bedroom has its own TV, alarm clock radio, an individually adjustable air-conditioning - and heating system. This room boasts stunning views in many directions. Outside on the sun-terrace there are 2 Safari beach-chairs and many oleander-plants.

The second level of the main-house consists of another reception hall/entrance and 3 bedrooms (“Chinese”-, “Mexican”- and “Nature”-bedroom) all ensuite. 

The “Chinese” bedroom is a twin bedded en suite.This bedroom has view on the green next to the house, is decorated in Chinese style (furniture in Shanghai-red, modern paintings with chinese symbols, etc.) and the walls are coloured in white and light-grey. This bedroom has its own TV, an individually adjustable airconditioning- and heatingsystem and an alarm clock.

Next to the Chinese bedroom the “Mexican” bedroom is located. This bedroom has also twins and an en suite.From the Mexican bedroom one has a nice view of the garden, the hilly surroundings and the Southern Alps.This bedroom also has its own TV, an individually adjustable airconditioning- and heatingsystem and an alarm-clock-radio.

Finally the “Nature” bedroom. This bedroom very spacious (35 sq.m) and has 4 large windows with views over the city,the mountains and the sea.The bedroom is a double with en suite. In the Nature-bedroom the furniture (a large wardrobe, the bed, TV/VCR  table and 2 lounge chairs) are all in the same, natural light-wooden style. Furthermore this bedroom has a couch at its disposal; a  sofa-bed which can be transformed into 2 separated beds. The Nature-bedroom has its own television, a VCR, telephone, an individually adjustable airconditioning- and heatening system and an alarm clock/radio.

When you go down from the main-entrance-hall on the second-floor you enter another entrance-hall which gives access to the livingroom, the kitchen as well as to a corridor leading to the fifth bedroom. 

The livingroom / salon is very spacious and has 6 panoramic bay windows and 2 ceiling-windows making it light and airy.From the livingroom you have a very wide and panoramic view of the mountains, the hills, the city of Nice and the Mediterranean Sea.In the evening one can delightfully relax in the salon with a view of the thousands of twinkling lights acros the city of Nice. The salon is finished in marble flooring and is well appointed with good quality leather and wooden furnishings.The room is airconditioned.The dining room furniture consists of a long wooden table (seats 12) which can be extended to 4 meters (seating 16 persons). There are 16 comfortable leather diningroom chairs. The living room is equipped with a large screen television (109 cm) with Satelite TV, a tuner,  a CD/DVD-player, telephone and a computer with a broadband internet-connection.

The kitchen is a new Italian design kitchen with granite tops and a "cooking island". Above the top of the cooking island there is an inegrated oven and microwave. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, a self-cleaning "pyrolyse" oven,dual sinks and an American refrigerator (with ice-cube maker and cooled water machine). Lastly there is a coffee and espresso maker and an automatic juicer. 

On the lower floor you will find another bedroom called the “Provencal bedroom”. The Provencal bedroom is decorated in Southern-French style and has twin beds and alarge en suite. From this bedroom you have a nice view of the wonderful gardens the surrounding hills and the mountains. This bedroom has its own TV, an individually adjustable airconditioning- and heatingsystem and an alarm clock/radio.

Out into the lovely gardens about 10 meters from the villa – one finds a small private accommodation with a bedroom and its own bathroom. This 7th bedroom is decorated in “Indian-style”. It has twin beds and a small bathroom (toilet, shower and washbasin). In front of this small house you find a small terrace (with table and 2 garden-chairs) with views of the garden and palmtrees. The bedroom has 2 low wooden Indian styled chairs. The bedroom has its own TV, a telephone, an individually adjustable airconditioning and heating system and an alarm clock/radio.
