This luxury holiday home has been fully refurbished with no expense spared. The villa enjoys a private and secluded position, yet is minutes from the centre of VilleFranche centre.

 

This excellent villa is comprised of 4 double bedrooms which are all ensuite. Each of the beds has electrical controls to adjust the pitch of the mattress. The beds are all brand new and boast "swissflex" support for the mattress providing unparralled comfort. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and have flat screen TVs and DvDs. There is a 5th self contained guest suite with its own kitchenette available upon request - see below for further details.

The lounge has a marvellous smoked glass fireplace and a top of the range Bose music system. Leading through to dining room this area has comfortable seating for eight people enjoying the nreathtaking vews.

 

The kitchen is a delight with all mod cons fitted. There is even an internal barbeque. There is a seperate utility room and American style fridge with ice making facility.

Outside the villa comes into its own. There are remote control awnings outside of the living areas and the bedrooms providing instant shade - ideal for al fresco dining. The villa enjoys a huge amount of open terrace space  giving you plent of opportunity to take in the marvellous views.

The pool is very well designed is heated if required. There are also private tennis courts available within the grounds of this magnificent luxury property.

VilleFranche is situatedin the next bay along from Nice. It is reagrded as being one of the nicer lcoation on the Riviera. Strategically its geographical position has a lot to offer. The villa is a mere 25 minutes from either Italy or Monte Carlo making day trips a real treat.
