The huge 400m2 terrace overlooks the arena beach with its turquoise waters, accessible on foot via a private path in less than 5 minutes.

The village and charming port of Cassis are less than 15 minutes away on foot.

The property is available all year round for weekly rentals (3 or 4-day rentals possible in low and mid-season) and can only be rented in its entirety. This luxury villa only accepts receptions or weddings in exceptional cases (110 guests maximum).
