The perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday is definitely Cote d'Azur.

The French Riviera is one of the most famous holiday destinations in Europe, with its breathtaking coastline, beautiful villas, and fine dining. The south of France is equally as renowned for its luxury resorts, which offer a range of activities for an active or relaxing break away from home.

What's to do in Cote d'Azur, France

The Cote d'Azur, or French Riviera, is a stretch of coastline that runs from Marseille in the north to Menton in the south. It's known for its glamorous resorts and beaches as well as its historical significance (it was once home to Napoleon).

The city of Cannes is located right on the coast and has been hosting film festivals since 1939 (though they were originally held on an island). St-Tropez is another popular tourist destination where you can see celebrities strutting their stuff at nightclubs or dining at Michelin-star restaurants like La Ferme du Courreau. If you're looking for something more relaxing than partying all night long then head over to Villefranche-sur-Mer where there are plenty of shops selling artisanal goods made locally by local artisans such as olive oil producers or salt makers!

Holiday in French Riviera with children

When you're planning a family holiday in the south of France, there are many things to consider. If you're looking for a relaxing break with your children and don't want to be too far away from home, then this is the perfect destination for you!

The French Riviera is one of Europe's most popular destinations and offers plenty of things to do with your kids. Whether they're young or old, there will be something that they'll love doing here. You'll find plenty of beaches where they can play in the sand or splash around in shallow water; if swimming isn't their thing then there are also playgrounds nearby where they can let off steam after spending all day exploring new places together as a family unit!

Now that you've got the kids out of school, what are you going to do with them? The South of France has plenty of activities for families in summer.

  • Go sightseeing: Visit the beautiful towns and villages along the coast, or explore further inland. There are many museums and art galleries in Provence to keep everyone entertained!

  • Eat well: If there's one thing we know about French people, it's that they love their food! So why not try something new at one of our favorite restaurants in Cannes? Or just grab some fresh produce from a local market (or farmers' market), then cook up something delicious together at home--and perhaps even teach them how to use chopsticks!

Best restaurants in French Riviera

The French Riviera is home to some of the best restaurants in France, with many Michelin-starred establishments and seafood restaurants that set the standard for freshness.

If you're looking for a romantic dinner or just want to try something new, these are some of our favorite spots:

  • Le Suquet, Nice: This fine dining spot serves up some of the best cuisines on France's Mediterranean coast. Located within a renovated 16th-century building with an interior designed by Philippe Starck and Jean Nouvel, it's no wonder this restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars! The menu changes regularly but focuses on locally sourced ingredients like fish from nearby Antibes Bay and vegetables grown in their own garden just outside town. You'll want reservations here as soon as possible--it fills up quickly every night!

  • La Table du Marchand de Sable (sand merchant), Cannes: This charming bistro has been serving traditional French cuisine since 1992 when chef Marc Meneau opened his doors at age 26 after studying under famed Michelin star chefs Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon (you may recognize those names). Today they continue making traditional dishes while also experimenting with new techniques at their own test kitchen located inside their restaurant where diners can watch chefs prepare dishes through glass windows overlooking everything happening inside...or outside depending upon weather conditions! They also have private dining rooms available if needed - perfect for small groups who want something extra special during their stay abroad...
