This 210m² apartment with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, terrace, balconies, and views of St Sulpice and the Senate, is just a few steps from Saint Germain des Prés and the Jardin du Luxembourg. It is located on one of the most prestigious addresses in Paris - the elegant, quiet, wide, and very safe Rue de Tournon (which also houses the French Senate and the Garde Républicaine). The apartment is on 3 floors and occupies the upper half of the building. The lower floors are occupied by an art gallery open by appointment only.

The apartment has been renovated with the help of a renowned interior designer using fine materials: a custom-made kitchen with Lacanche piano, stone worktops, exposed beams, parquet flooring, Horus faucets, etc.

The bedrooms open onto a courtyard. They are very quiet.

The apartment faces west, offering plenty of light and beautiful sunsets over St. Sulpice and the rooftops of Paris. From the terrace, you can see the Eiffel Tower in the distance.
