* a bedroom area located upstairs (2 master bedrooms/2 shower rooms). These rooms have access to a terrace and are south-facing with sea view

* the pool measures 3 m x 12 m, can be heated on request (extra charge), it has a beach with a shallow water depth to rest and has a secure roller shutter

* the garden is of reasonable size, with a synthetic grass part and a grass part. It is planted with umbrella pines, oaks, and olive trees, all enclosed.

* the south-facing terrace (towards the sea) and east-facing terrace (space where you eat) is now covered and protected from the sun!

* deckchairs and outdoor furniture are provided

Tenants will have access to the entire accommodation, with the exception of a storage room reserved for the owners and the closed garage.
