Nestled along the stunning Sicilian shoreline, our Topazitas villas extend over two levels and boast sweeping views of the vibrant Verdura Resort golf course, a generous private pool, and a lush garden that opens out to the glittering sea beyond.

At the heart of the villa, a striking bamboo atrium invites cascades of natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, framing spectacular vistas of the Mediterranean.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an expansive studio alongside open-concept dining and lounge areas, complemented by a modern, fully fitted kitchen.

Three stylish en suite bedrooms occupy the upper level, each with its own outdoor terrace — ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset aperitivo. A fourth bedroom, accessed via a separate entrance, offers a peaceful and private retreat away from the main residence.
